Jan’s Towing – Auction Terms and Conditions
Auction details:
● ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
● All VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS-IS.
● No warranties are given or implied at any time for any reason.
● NO REFUNDS.
● Vehicles can be removed from the premises only by a licensed driver, trailered, or tow truck.
Purchase procedures:
● Balance of auction purchase may be paid in CASH ONLY.
● Vehicles must be paid for in full and picked up within 48 hours following the auction, otherwise, the bidder forfeits the purchase deposit and the auction purchase is void. No refunds or exchanges. No exceptions.
● Paid vehicles can be picked up during the following hours:
○ Saturday: appointments available between 8am – 12pm (call 626-428-8702 to reserve a time).
○ Sunday: appointments available between 8am – 12pm (call 626-428-8702 to reserve a time).
○ Monday: 8am – 5pm (no appointment necessary)
● Buyer acknowledges that the removal of an unregistered vehicle without a tow truck, dealer plate, or moving permit is unlawful and subject to penalties applied by law enforcement.
Vehicle viewing window:
● Vehicle viewing hours are as follows: Friday’s from 7:00pm to 8:00pm at 1045 W. Kirkwall Azusa, CA 91702.
